The information on the incorporation of the company is automatically communicated to the Tax and Customs Authority by the Private Commercial Registry and Notarial Office upon registration.

The Commencement of Activity Declaration must be submitted to the Tax and Customs Authority within 15 days after registration, submission after that period may represent the payment of a fine.
